Will muscle relaxants help for pain caused by my spine? - muscle relaxants for back pain
My chiropractor told me that my neck bent outward rather than inward, and therefore my back very bad side. It hurts right between the shoulder blades closer to the right. It is very difficult to get comfortable, and I swear, the pain will kill me if I'm not crazy first.
I can not chiropractor again, but it only helps me. I told my doctor about my pain and gave me a muscle relaxant.
My question is to help muscle relaxants, when the pain is caused by the movement of my leg?
Everything I've found that helps (and I tried many things) is in these days of Vicodin (or so). And my girlfriend massage, but without it pretty quickly tired.
I am desperate and my doctors are reluctant to give to a medication. I hate to ask, but I'm at the end of my rope!

I have the same problem, and they told me to go to a chiroprctor to an addiction, because I want to come to two times per week for adjustments. Hmm. which can be very expensive. I'm afraid it is so easy for people addicted to painkillers, how well made, and seems more drugs and more difficult to have received the same subject. I would guess that with caution and only takes as little as possible. I do the work covers the area between the shoulder blades. The best is what I found: Standing in a doorway holding the door, then turns his back and stretching the body with the body and relax the surrounding area. There will also be on your posture. In the same way may lead to sloutching "hunchback". You can match your spine in the correct position / curve. You could put her back against a wall and try to play as well against the wall. During the day, try a constant effort to keep to the right to make. The main cause of upper back and shoulder discomfort is to do an activity to have, ie with the hands: writingSewing, writing and driving. Avoid hot compresses (as some believe), because the heat causes inflammation. The NSAIDs are effective pain relievers such as ibuprofen or Aleve. Since most of the pain is caused by inflammation. Hope this helped. Pain is one of those things that you can not see, but it is there and it can really affect the quality of life. Take care.
