Four pregnancy questions all in one? - pregnancy support cushion
While only 6 weeks to go. Woo! And I have one or two different issues, so I thought I had it all in one big question to you all:)
1. Braxton-Hicks contractions. My mother told me that they had reached almost 30 weeks with my sister and me. I do not exist. (I'm 34 weeks) Is this normal? Some people get and others not? Is my birth is difficult, because my uterus is not "practice"?
2. I had a very easy pregnancy. I never had morning sickness or anything. But I have heartburn worse! I really do not want to medication, if deemed absolutely necessary. Is there anyone out there again found a remedy for heartburn that does not include Tums, Pepto Bismol, etc.?
3. I also have terrible sleeping problems lately. Usually I sleep like a log, but lately it does not matter what I do, I can not sleep! Someone out there will find a cure for insomnia during pregnancy?
4. I have a job where I am not allowed to sit when I'm in the break. (I work 6 hours a day, so that only a break of 15 minutes) During the day, shoes, very satisfied that I wear, and I have to add gel inserts in my shoes to support and relieve pressure but my ankles and knees as hurt after work its ridiculous. Is there anything I can do to try and my legs feel better at work?
I thank you all for your replies in advance!

I bet you've had Braxton Hicks, but that does not mean that what it was. Did you ever make your stomach hard to get a few? That is what it is. Not necessarily bad, but you'll only find if you are looking for them, and are more common when you are about to move, exercise, walking, cleaning, folding, etc. Make sure that when you move and I am sure, you'll see a few.
ReplyDeleteI had bad heartburn as well, especially at night. If you can be a deck that sleep in it helps a ton! If you heartburn by eating a certain type of protein snacks such as cheese or a little soft starch, and biscuits. Break gastric acid reacts to proteins, so that you can use to digest proteins, or you can help to take him with a strength. I found that the average consumption of a cup, a cup of milk, if I had heartburn is cured for at least half an hour to an hour. Milk is good for you, so that it works for you in more ways than one. The more milk has helped me. - And on theTums recommends that everyone is really bad when they are taken regularly, as the extra calcium in them is calcified in the placenta, if you get too much calcium in your diet. If calicify also an impairment of the function of the placenta. A few from time to time is very good, but not break, like candy. Milk, cheese, crackers / bread, much better, are healthier for you and all are natural.
If you drink chamomile tea before bed, and rub his belly with a little lavender lotion helps to relax a lot. Take a hot shower is great. Keep the lights and the music down before bedtime.
Unless you have varicose veins, a good leg massage and a bath in Epsom salt will do wonders to relieve swelling and pain in the joints after work. If you can make varicose veins, do not rub, because small clots in the normally absorbed. If you rub it can move and could lead to complications. A bath in Epsom salts will do well in both directions, however. Keep your desktopt be as high as possible. If it vertical, it is probably a certificate from your doctor that you are for a period of 15 minutes per day.
Almost no Mom! Hang on - is over before you know it!
People who make and answer your questions, but I just wanted to add that Pepto Bismol is not sure) during pregnancy, because she has in him aspirin (salicylates that do not. I'm an RN.
ReplyDeletehonestly, I lived during my pregnancy Mylanta for heartburn (his wife as an old tail if you heartburn pain when you have your baby Preggo much hair! me have it! LOL!)
ReplyDeleteWell, this is my first pregnancy, I can not help myself Question 2 .. and found that he could help with the number 3 also help .. Like you, I do not take drugs when you really need .. As for the heartburn .. I was told that drinking milk helped a lot .. I do not know how milk .. but after 2 weeks I started to drink a glass of warm milk with shock. either at night or early morning .. This reduces a lot of heartburn .. the point where I am every day really helps heartburn maybe once a week and a glass of warm milk before bedtime, relax and sleep better. Hope this helps ..
ReplyDelete1. You are the settings that may not feel. I would have thought was not good because I do not feel, but then extended until the end ... No problem!
ReplyDelete2. I had terrible heartburn at the end ... I drank lots of milk and eat a slice of bread ... Who have contributed so was moderate, but when I was very bad, I did not Pepcid AC and it worked quite honest, if nothing works ... I also heard that if you have something to drink apple cider vinegar and a worse feeling to have excess acid, but if you drink a little and feel better about a lack of acidity often occurs in pregnant women, (I tried it and had regularly unpleasant acidity of age)
3. To be honest, the only real cure for insomnia is my baby! However, my big body pillow helped some and took a shower every night to relax.
4. All I have to say, our aim must be for you! Can you wear Crocs? I do not know what kind of work you have, but if you stop using them, are the best thing ever! Also my doc told me I dor squats and things, but I would ask your doctor!
I want to congratulate you and tell you when he was still fresh in my mind that the work was not so bad and she's definitely all worth it! I can not believe that my baby is 3 months already, believe me, you pass in a blink ... Good luck!
You do not have the Braxton Hicks concerns are only about 36 weeks.
ReplyDeleteTums for the heartburn is good for you because they have calcium.
I could not sleep at night, or I really put a humidifier in the room and cool my house a lot and helped me a little relaxation at night.
Whether you want to work, ask your doctor write a note to indicate that you have to sit so often. I am a hairdresser, so I know all on your feet all day!
1. You may not know. Everything that happens is the stomach for a minute or less depressed. There is nothing dramatic or obvious.
ReplyDelete2. The milk and try to sleep when it is higher in the worse night. Apart from that I have nothing.
3. No longer in this case. I had the worst insomnia. It is a terrible stressful task. I stopped at 38 weeks in the hope that some rest before the big day, but I came on this evening. I suggest that you get some sleep before the birth, even if you stop working for them. This makes the first months with baby unhappy because no restful sleep after birth.
4. Talk to your doctor. You can write a note for the benefit of their work have changed, or make arrangements for you until the end of their pregnancy.
Your pregnancy sounds so much like my first! My answers:
ReplyDelete1. You can, without realizing it. Your work is what is, then just relax as best you can. If you think you need to do something, try to make some Kegals ... who can help them grow.
2. I know nothing outside of the safe medication, but my father always wanted a glass of milk when heartburn. I relied on Tums () especially with my 1st pregnancy. I was, how much I needed, and my doctor told me that Tums and certainly can not OD on them, more calcium is well worried. It took only one at a time, and I was relieved enough to survive for several hours.
3. I have no ideas here. Have you tried with on the couch and put a TV that is terribly boring? It depresses me or not pregnant.
4. If you are at work, a foam mattress or wherever you are not standing in a field may appear to be so difficult? They talk about how you invest time tpurchased in his shoes, but can be sure they are accurate and not completely prevent (my feet were 1 / 2 size) with my 1st pregnancy. You can send a short break after 2 hours? At home, try the ice and ankle and knee. Perhaps some light stretching the legs before and after exercise can help.
Good luck with the rest of the pregnancy, and I hope I helped!
